Hi.

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted but at least I finally have something to show for it! I had hand surgery on February 10th so I was laid up with that for awhile and then on April 15th, my laptop died. Ordered a new laptop that just got here a week ago and I’ve been spending time downloading all of my backed up data from Carbonite. I highly recommend Carbonite as a back up system. It stores your information in the cloud and if your computer dies, you just log into Carbonite, click on restore and it downloads everything to where it belongs on your new computer! I have been a member for several years now and while I still have an external hard drive that I back up to (you can never have enough backups!), I tend to lean on Carbonite the most. Plus they have excellent customer service if you ever need them!

My hand is still sore but I’ve managed to get some stitching done! I am so excited to be sending pieces off for finishing, it’s been years since I’ve been able to say that!

I finally finished my Patriotic Star! I only had a few more beads to add before my surgery but you better believe it was the first piece I finished once I was able to pick up a needle again

Next up is an adorable little brown bunny from Associated Talents. It was quick and easy to do. Great physical therapy for my hand!

Finally, I started and finished (!) this cute eyeglass case from Anne Fisher Designs. I am going to have my initials monogrammed across the front, will post it again once it comes back from finishing. Can’t wait!

I am working my way through to get my 20 in 20 done. Slow but steady gets it done! Let’s hope so.

In the meantime, stay safe and keep stitching!
